A man is reportedly on life support after being found badly burned and partially bound along the 605 Freeway in the city of Industry on Tuesday.
The discovery was made around 1:30 p.m. near the transition road from the northbound 605 Freeway to the 60 Freeway, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher.
The man crawled out of a nearby riverbed wash and up onto the freeway, according Los Angeles County sheriff’s investigators.
The man was burned all over his face and body. He was found with his hands and feet tied. He was taken to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center Burn Center.
The sheriff’s Arson Explosive Detail arrived at the scene about 3:30 p.m. to investigate.
