Police are looking for two men accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman in North Miami Beach last week.

The victim was picking up food from a restaurant at 1026 North Miami Beach Boulevard close to midnight on Thursday when she was approached by two men wearing black gloves and wielding handguns, according to Miami Beach Police.

The men forced her into the back of their vehicle and drove to the Oak Grove Area in North Miami-Dade where she was sexually assaulted by multiple people, officials said. They then drove her around various locations in North Miami-Dade and North Miami Beach including fast food restaurants and gas stations before dropping the victim off by her home, according to police.

"We're taking this case very seriously and we've put all of our resources into it," North Miami Beach Police Spokesman Richard Rand said. "We have our undercover guys helping us out. We need to identify these two guys. These two guys are extremely dangerous."

Residents were surprised to hear about the incident in what they say is a usually quiet neighborhood.

"I've been here 20 years, nothing like that happened before," said resident Raymond Garcia.

Customers leaving a restaurant in the area were frightened.

"I'm afraid. I'm scared. I'm not coming back here anymore. You don't know whose safe and whose not safe," said Charlene Adelson.

Detectives urge anyone with information to come forward by contacting Miami Dade Crime Stoppers anonymously at 305-471-TIPS (8477) or reaching North Miami Beach Detective N. Morrison at (305)949-5500. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.

"We are putting all of our resources in to it. We have our undercover guys helping us out. We need to identify these two men. These two guys are extremely dangerous," said Sgt. Richard Rand with Miami Beach Police.
